The final entry for this third outing seems designed to pitch an Elseworlds miniseries as Jorge Molina's best pages are centered on presenting an urban fantasy vision of Gotham in the midst of a brief and all too familiar origin. "Order of the Black Lamp" is the most indulgently designed contribution and readers will find plenty to appreciate in Javier Rodríguez's depiction of the climax, even if the final note leaves the story seeming incomplete. "Down With the Kings" provides its best installment to date as the story begins revealing its broader conspiracy and provides the team with their gnarliest foe yet in a particularly gruesome action sequence.
